Does anyone else feel guilty for being suicidal
Everytime I SH or get suicidal thoughts I really hate myself even more beacuse I should be grateful for what I have and other people are in worse circumstances than me and they're still doing their best but I'm just fucking complaining about everything and pitying myself And it just makes me enter this endless spiral of this feeling that i cant describe but it just feels horrible
you're not alone. it really do suck but it's best you don't compare yourself with others. just bc your pain is lighter than others doesn't mean it's not hurting you. reply
first, ur feelings are valid. second, don't compare ur circumstances to others. and third, ppl who have it worse than u don't need ur pity. they need their circumstances to change and that won't happen by u solely feeling bad. i used to always think the same as u. fuck i'm still severely chronically suicidal and sometimes the guilt overwhelms me, b...... reply
