Do you feel the anxiety after a lot of good thing happens in just one day?
This month is like a special month for me since a lot of good stories I've been reading uploaded their new chapters and some came back after years of hiatus. AND DEAR GOSH, most of them did not contain angst and are full of fluff. Plus I somehow got lucky and evaded all the possible red flags irl. So now I got a bad feeling that something ominous will come to my life the next month or next year since a lot of good stuffs happened T~T.
It's not that bad things happen after good things do, is that normal things happen but because you got used to good things, they seem especially bad.
At least, that's the case for me. reply
I just genuinely think, that how your life goes can be affected by how you think. For me personally, I genuinely thought about that. When I don't suffer or there is not such suffering happening to my life means there will be no good things happening on it too. I have set my mind into, when bad things don't happen to me. I will not he expecting anyt...... reply

Not really overthinking about it but if we’re talking about in real life I panic when good things keeps happening in consecutive days. reply
