I AM the parent, and I read it all the time. I make sure that I'm alone when reading any M/18+ ones...but I'll read softer BL/yaoi right on the desktop pc in the livingroom for anyone to see. Well, I like a good storyline with good art of hot guys. I like them to fall in love naturally. I like for the plot and characters to seem realistic. I try to avoid any and rape, forced or 'tricked into it' themed yaoi when I can. I like love and smut together, not JUST smut. XD

I've read tons of yaoi and BL online, but sadly only own 4 hard copy manga, 3 light novels and 3 anime OVA's. I don't own any digital copies because I don't have a tablet or e-reader, and my poor old phone can't handle much of anything. I knew OF BL and yaoi from way back in high school and I had read some manga with subtle hints of M/M or F/F love here and there, but only stuff that was implied/alluded to.
