I picked up nail biting in elementary school after a classmate of mine demonstrated how "cool" it was. For the most part I grew out of it but I do tend to bite my nails in stressful situations.
Also not annoying per se but I tend to slighlty bow while greeting someone, which I picked up watching countless asian dramas.
