Grave of the fireflies - I watched it ONCE a few years ago, I have it on DVD and keep it but I'm never going to watch it again because I start crying whenever I think about it. Unfortunately - the dentists... Even if I know that it won't hurt, the fear is overwhelming, my body becomes rigid, I sweat horribly and start to shake clenching my fists and toes, and it all starts even three days before the visit.
