Sounds like you should tell a trusted adult…maybe the school guidance counselor. When my friend was having a hard time, I told my mom but being minors makes it difficult. Depending on your country there should be a hotline. If you’re American you can dial 988.   reply

When I moved, only one of my friends reached out to me to see how I was doing. I made a scene in the group chat. I usually call my friends out when they upset me which is rare tbh. I was pretty dramatic about it, but you can be more tactful about it if you want.   2 reply

Unfortunately yes and it sucks the fun out. I also think about why I don’t like certain media. I had discovered some underlying misogynistic views one time. I realized I disliked female characters that were codependent and loyal to an unreciprocated love interest, but did not feel the same towards male characters that do the same.
