Adopt or no kids at all. I myself know that I can’t take care of children. If I did have a child and couldn’t take care of them then that would be a problem and I don’t want kids to be traumatized or suffer from mental health issues because of lack(only lack of affection and attention) of affection,attention,abuse,verbal abuse, etc.
