I think everyone has some amount of internalized misogyny (thanks patriarchy). It's hard to separate yourself from it when it exists in various forms everywhere. It's hard trying to exist as a woman. Stop getting fish if you're just gonna put it in a tiny bowl with plastic plants. People are fed this idea that fish are easy pets. They think you can just put them in a bowl with water and that's it! But that's not true at all.
