for me it was pretty obvious since i tried to kill myself tbh, this is from a very realistic logical standpoint, but it may not matter that much whether or not you put a label on your mental state. you could have depression or not, and knowing wouldn't make you better. however, if you want to go the medicine route, i highly suggest finding a nice......   reply
