Depends on the reason tho. I often forgot about some things, including the things I've read before. So if I found a manga that i already marked as 'already read' but I forgot what the story is about, I usually reread it (and the whole time rereading it my reactions are all like, 'ohhhhh right, I remember this!!' Lol)
