hello i can't know the details but i m going to give advise based on what i read : i think you should start a conversation with topics she likes music bands or wathever and then when you feel like she started to loosen up , talk to her about those freinds say that she spends too much time with them ,tell her to hang out with you and your freinds......   4 reply

Me too i support the protestants there should be no place for racism it makes me sick to my stomach to know people are suffering from it ,i cant even imagine how that feels for the victims and their families.   reply

i think its better to first think about the meals , make ur own meals, reduce fats, dont buy fast food, eat more apples ,drink more water, less bread.good luck!   1 reply
