hello i can't know the details but i m going to give advise based on what i read : i think you should start a conversation with topics she likes music bands or wathever and then when you feel like she started to loosen up , talk to her about those freinds say that she spends too much time with them ,tell her to hang out with you and your freinds......   4 reply

i think its better to first think about the meals , make ur own meals, reduce fats, dont buy fast food, eat more apples ,drink more water, less bread.good luck!   1 reply
