Where an omega who have an illness in which they're not able to release pheromones, which also makes them very sensitive to alpha pheromones like they'd get into heat if they're exposed too much with alphas (especially with dominant ones)....and then when they're in heat no one would know cause it'd just look like they're having really bad cramps like really bad..and then there's this sunshine cinnamon roll dominant alpha who ADMIRES them cause they're actually such a cool and dependable person...the alpha keep getting close to them but they can't push the alpha away cause they're just so kind..

then one day the omega was suddenly did not go to work/school for days so alpha got worried and went to omega place and alpha got really worried and omega was like "no leave me alone I'm fine" but alpha was like "nuh uh you sick you need my help" omega kept pushing alpha away but alpha's strong pheromones caught them and made their heat even worse. Idk about yall but I deadass feel like I have the opposite of that shit. I mean like yeah I'll fall for the 2nd male lead if they are great and HOT but I just don't want them to be with the fl.
