Depends on what the author wants to write. Usually they don't, but some authors make it so some of the heat cycle's symptoms mimic those of a period (cramps and tiredness are the ones I see mentioned more often). Now, heat cycles are different for different animals, but I think since the omegaverse is based on wolf bullshit biology, it's less likel......   reply
