do you know what the word 'meme' originally meant? my niece started karate when she was 8. stopped when she was 12. i'd say its pretty useful. but lots of self defense classes are about competitions, ranks and not actual self defense. she said, and i quote "i didn't learn shit about defending myself. the coach just wanted money" so yeah stay at bay from scammers :)   reply
