Vomiting is bad and you shouldn’t encourage it. The only reason it “works” is because it numbs the feeling but its not permanent and it can worsen overtime. But drinking a cold cola also works (unusual i know). But if sleep and water doesnt work, try reducing phone time. Use glasses if you wear and avoid blue light if it isnt for work/school......   1 reply
