what happened to proper HUMAN, translated scanlation teams for manhwas? I feel like I only ever seen them once in a while now, and it feels like ai translation scans are becoming more common, honestly it feels like most of the more newer manhwas were translated by ai, especially whatever the hell is going on with kaizenscans/mythtoons with their bullshit of paywalling chapters, like its so fucking crazy to paywall half-assed ai translated chapters of work that was literally pirated....

and its not like its only been happening for pirated work either, real fucking publishing/webcomics companies are also doing the same shit too, like why is genuine, human effort rare now? what the hell would be the benefit of me reading the officials than the illegal scans?? to buy shit or eat shit? like at this point the only reason why I buy officials is just to support the original author, it genuinely pisses me off how much everything is integrated with ai now (oh but it's ok, sure the big guys profit more money from it and more workers are laid off, but ai is convenient to use, so it's fine! super amazing future guys)

my homeroom teacher had to leave the school at monday the next week due to personal problems. thing is, she only announced this at zoom class. she was... crying while she tried to say her goodbyes to the class. I couldn't say anything, I could only wave back to her. I really, really wanted to cry right there, I wish I could gift her something, tell her that its okay, tell her that her students care for her too but I couldn't do any of that. I was too nervous. the thing that made me more sad was the fact that she couldn't even finish her goodbyes. the zoom class had a time limit so it cutted right at the end when she was saying something. I know this wouldn't have impacted that hard to my other classmates, but thing is, my homeroom teacher was the person who made me feel more confident in myself, talk to others, study more, the one that motivated to draw and write more. It hurts even more when I can't even see her at the end of my graduation in middle school. (I graduate this year.)
