I try to bathe every day and wash my hair weekly, but I have depression so that doesn’t happen. I’m lucky to have family I live with that forces me to bathe, so the longest I’ve gone without showering was probably 4 days. Hair depends on how much energy I’ve got. Wisdom teeth can have a lot of issues so removing them as a standard is easiest. if your teeth have a bit of room between them, go get scanned to see if your wisdom teeth are growing in straight.
