It depends on the case. No one should be going around showing kids explicit content (you don't even show it to adults of nowhere). Idk, for example I wouldn’t show my 7 year old cousin 18+ stuff just to eDuCaTe them. You don't know how kids will react, it might even become a trauma for some of them. Imo I think Shounen Ai is way more suitable for 13 y/o’s if they wanna read BL.
