i mean my advice that worked for me was just ditching youtube, tiktok, instagram ect and just looking at academic anatomy books, either art based ones or even scientific and medical ones, just going over them page by page, copying the sketches/images and after every couple of chapters come back and combine them individually or applying to another r......   1 reply
