I also have gastritis among other gastrointestinal issues and stress is a heavy contributor. Ik it’s hard but try to eat a bland diet even if you’re not hungry and maybe start with small portions before upping to the size you’d normally eat at. Talking also helps!! my trauma is i remember every single detail of all my sufferings... i deal with insomnia among other loads of things. I cannot say I had a terrible childhood because I have what has been drilled into my head for many years, having an "ideal family". I don't want to cry every night and it's not that I have a particular reason to yearn for death but ......   reply
