Please talk about this with your psychologist, I think a professional should be able to help with this more than mangago users. Just gonna put in my 2 cents. Love, trust, etc isn't something that's automatically earned just by being blood related. From my experience, feeling guilty like that is because of all the guilt tripping they did.
