Overall I'd say you gotta exfoliate and hydrate more, but seeing a profesionnal is indeed the best solution. I personnally exfoliate with homemade scrubs ( coconut oil and sugar or coffee ground for the body, coconut oil and baking soda for the face, however /! what works for me might not work for you, and could make things worse!! but I'm pretty s......   reply
