About the whole "It's fiction, not reality" response most people give to this sort of rant, I'm pretty sure it's meant that characters depicted in a story where they are abused is not an actual issue. It's a matter that shouldn't rely on the individual's disposition or life experiences, since fiction is, after all, just a fantasy brought to life through paper and ink.....or software programs.   reply
