Not rape itself, but the way its portrayed; in not only a romantic way, but a necessary/the sole trigger for characters to commence a relationship. I've seen people make the argument that it's SAD that a character hasn't been raped... For them rape = being desired = good. First yaoi I was 11/12. It was a fanfiction. I thought it was real and canon. I asked my religious dad to print it off at work, so I could read the amazing find to my sister. Luckily he was dumb enough to NOT read it *phew* My sister was also religious and smiled, nodded (with a weird face) and didn't say anything throughout my telling of the stor......   1 reply

Yeah I guess. Downs were the arguments and intensity. Ups were everything else, we had so much fun. I'm not actually sure if I was in love with him or if he's an obsession.
