I've felt something similar. Sadly the only way to snap out of it was to force myself to do things instead of just reading manga and being on the computer. Getting out of my comfort zone u know? Yep, first time was very uncomfortable, second felt weird (still did it though) but on the third time I started liking it. Since then I have put in some other and bigger things and nowadays it feels good. Not every time, but I still like the full feeling. Training is the key, I tell ya.
