I've had body and face dysmorphia since I can remember I can't even look at my face in the mirror for long periods of time to my body I would wear layer on layer of clothes and constict parts to deform how my body shaped looked, recently this has been les and less of a problem thought I've come to a realization after looking at my art when this issue was at its peak I never drew or made any art of any kind with relation to human form or even face and when I did have some I never finished even at least sketching them because of this I had no skill in illustrating human or any humanoid creatures of any kind though now I'm starting to learn these things from scratch now that my issues have already lessened

I just wanted to share this, if anyone other than me experienced this?

ive been looking for song like underground , its okay to envy, paper rings , pain killer , left and right , copy cat , ilo milo , fire drill , slumber party , etc. types of songs that is just catchy , any recommendations(￣∇￣")??
