Dermal Therapy lipbalm works very well.
My brother was on accutane for his acne for ~year and had super super dry lips, and was recommended to use this one. It worked really well for him and I also tried when my lips were dry.
After applying, your lips will feel warm and tingly for a while and will start peeling the next day.

Go to Novelupdates and create an account, go to series finder and search and filter by genre and tags if you want, then filter by no. readers or ratings or whatever you prefer.
