Yup I was like that too, but the more I read yaoi the more I became more accepting , I guess it was a positive thing in my life. I don't feel pain with my period so I'd chose to have my period obviously. Heats would be so hard to control, although on the bright side of it, you'd get laid pretty easily...you could also get pregnant more easily. I've been there too ;w; I think you shouldn't get discouraged what you're doing is pretty good, don't stop what you're doing, keep drinking a lot of water and doing exercise.
