I think forgiveness not always equals accepting the person back into your life. Like, I forgive so I can let go of the grudge and let it stop hurting me. It doesn't mean there'll be a second chance to come back to my life because our story ended.   reply

It depends on what it is, but I tend to hold grudges even subconsciously. I haven't listened to Chris Brown voluntarily since I was a kid bc I hate what he did. This is complicated because if you are a minor, you need to talk about this with mandatory reporters/responsible adults near you such as teachers, they will probably know the best course of action here. If your situation gets really bad, then you might need to call emergency services. Vomiting blood isn't normal, you need medical help.   reply
