Does anyone else sometimes get the chest aches when you get sad? It can be for any reason (A sad moment in a Manwha, getting yelled at, etc), I swear it's the weirdest feeling ever because it literally feels like my heart is breaking, I think (MAYBE) it's similar to heartbreak syndrome but like a very mild version of it

Idk if it's just me but whenever I start feeling really sad I just want to disappear, not in "I wanna kill my self" sort of way but in a "I literally want to cease to exist" sort of way. Not to mention this feeling is amplified when I'm dissociating because at that point I already don't feel real ;_;

I'm a cisgender female but like how does someone literally GO OUT OF THEIR WAY to hate on someone who's doing nothing to you? I'm still young but I'm already burnout on just about everything so the fact that someone would put SO much energy into something that is doing nothing to benefit themselves or really anyone is CRAZY to me.
