Well, when I really needed to lose weight when I was around 200 or 180 pounds I'd eat under 800 cals a day or just fast, i'd fast for 2 or 3 days in a week and then intermittent fast by eating at 12pm and then maybe at 3 or 4 pm. You can snack if under the cal limit but no eating after that till it's the very next day, usually I won't fast all 2 or......
