I think all three have certain quirks so what are the things you enjoy, dislike or just stand out to you about each category?

We see it time and time again, characters doing the most atrocious things and the authors successfully or unsuccessfully redeeming them. Most people love a satisfying redemption arc, however what do you think is a point of no return? Any specific examples of characters and actions?

I have read some stuff on here that is so good but it’s impossible to recommend to others since the summary sounds insane. Soooo give me summarizes below of stories you love but sound like you are mental for reading it. You can add the name or let people guess what the actual name of the manga/ manhua/ manwha is!

It’s very easy to find awful semes/tops but who are the ukes/ bottomed who got your blood boiling?

What’s the longest or most ridiculous title you have seen on this site?

My personal guess is it’s some ridiculously specific isekai title.

This time I am curious to hear about the things that get you heated. Is it annoying commenters, people uploading over you are other sites stealing your translations? What are the things you want to rant about?

What makes you drop a story?
I thought it could be fun to do a three tier list with this soo have fun with it:

High chance: the things that will make you immediately drop a story when you see them.

Mid chance: the things that bother you enough to seriously consider dropping a story but it can be a 50/50 depending on what else is going on in the story or how the things are handled.

Low chance: pet peeves or preferences that aren’t being met but it is not detrimental to the reading experience.

Have you ever tried something you read about in a smut story? If so what was it and was it as you imagined or better or worse?
As additional question: where did you get the idea from?

I think it’s no surprise that bl/ yaoi contains a lot of taboo or problematic themes, but why is incest so common. I don’t even mean step siblings but blood relations. Like I don’t see the appeal and why so many authors would choose incest to be part or the central theme of their stories.

Okay after having read the line „but is pain all you feel?“ for the thousandth time I have to ask: do all authors take their phrases from the same book?
So yeah I’m curious what phrases stick out to everyone that seem to pop up every.single.time.?
