Tbh I do think you glow up around 20+ (I'm turning 21 this year). I definitely have changed compared to how I looked when I was younger, more defined face shape and stuff so yes a glow up. I think it happens when U become an adult cause I've seen it in ally childhood friends as well. Glow up was certainly there but the dam periods also got worse, ......   reply
