Today i am reminded of the song the 4th of July Today one on my traumatic experience got triggered and my fight or flight response responded and i hit the person who approached me (they were the one to trigger it) but in my mind I saw that traumatic scene those hands approaching me I got scared and did not realise who I've hit... Why did that have ......   reply
