Some people are so fucking stupid. Like I see people post about racism and homo/transphobia and if they just took a second to read/learn about the topic more then they wouldn't be saying the shit they say. Sometimes therapy isn't all you need. No amount of talking about or understanding of your feelings will help a depressive disorder. People conflate being sad with depression when in reality they are nothing alike. A friend of mine tried to commit suicide a year ago.
