Man y'all sound like you need a really,good,long cry and let it all out. It'll feel better afterwards. When I'm sad for no reason I go out to karaoke or some shit and just sing my heart out. Cry and scream is the best way for me.

I stopped reading for like a few months because I was exploring other genres and was really into seinen and action,now I'm into isekai manhwas but Im starting to read yaoi again. It just gets boring reading the same genre everytime. So I switch often.
