Assuming the story is one where you get rencarnated with all your memories, or remember them while still young. I'd end up in a world run by game logic, so my knowledge of them can help me grind levels quickly.

I don't remember the first one I read, but I originally got into yaoi through anime, the first bl one I watched being Sekaiichi Hatsukoi, however the first scean that opened me up to looking into it was the bit in Mirai Nikki where Akise kisses Yuki, which made a weird sensation go through my stomach, and when I mentioned this to one of my brother'......
