Slow burn enemies to lover. Complex characters. Toxic no rape. Majority is plot focused with an actual interesting plot. Other important characters than just the mc and ml. Im a mixed kid who got adopted into a white household and the amount of unconscious racist comments they tell me is crazy. It’s so draining to be around white people 24/7 weather it be at school or at home, and either get racist derogatory comments from my parents, or racist comments passed off as jokes by my friends. Having no diversity. It’s so boring to read about a story where they’re all the same race(skin tone wise). It’s so unrealistic and it sucks even more if the setting is based around some place irl where people have darker skin or the skin tone verys a lot.
