Uhmmm I think Ive seen someone talk about this before and they said watching horror movies or just something really gruesome helps with thinking about wanting to do this to yourself? Maybe drawing it out can help too?

Eating food while watching kubz scouts or args, and lazing around reading yaoi like the fat chud I am. I also like to draw and think about Jabber a lot to, and read janka fics. Thats pretty much it.
