If you havent already, I highly suggest reading/watching Banana Fish! There's a subtle but even more emotional relationship between the leads with a similar sense of tragedy. Perhaps more mutual tho.   1 reply

I think the process to 'getting past it' can depend on the circumstance. For example, if you're in some sort of leadership position, you should most definitely take into consideration what others are saying. You don't only represent yourself and youre going to have to continuously work with others, so make sure to at least consider others' inputs. ......   reply
