Don’t know if it’ll help but I also get nightmares like that a lot and I’ve always been told that it’s just my body trying to tell me something. i'm an extremely picky person so I used to eat a bunch of kopiko religiously to stave off my hunger throughout the day when food didn't sound good, but then my fam stopped buying them so I switched to cough drops.
