The Classic: Mary Sue type of characters. Both sexes and all genders. The one who is the genius, the ever loved, the can do no wrong... And everything in the plot is so plot armor heavy that everything falls in place for the Mary Sue. You know how bias the author is with this certain type of character.   reply

Never seen your reading list but I hope you will try A Trace of Wonder/ Traces of Sun. Much more in the action part but not really total shounen battle focused. Hunterverse universe with dungeons with main pair being of S/A class hunter and S class restorer.
