Do you ever feel like a plastic bag?
Have you felt like drifting through the wind, wanting to start again?
...What does it even mean for a plastic bag to start again?

Nevermind, mangago can fall down again with disabling the forum and comments and only keeping the uploads for another 2 years for all that I care. I'm tired of seeing the same kids again and again stirring shit up. A little growing up and not spending too much time seeing a side of people they only reveal on the internet a day keeps the delulu away

After so many manga, novels and kdrama, it's obvious that the most preferred choice for love interest is the rude jerk that softens by the end of the series bc deeeeep inside they have a heart too, it's just broken thanks to some tragic backstory D: which may or may not be used to excuse his actions and contradictory behavior.
Why? Why are they so popular??? I know I suffer from 2nd male lead syndrome but that's just a consequence of the 2nd male lead being a caring and respectful being that listens to the mc wishes, has better boundaries and idk, doesn't make mc's life a living hell with anger issues and jealousy like the 1st ml does. For that syndrome to exist, all the male leads need to be characters hard to root for, but who get their happy ending anyway. Then there is the "why". Why are they the ones that get the happy end? Why is the romance revolving around forcefulness? Why do people like it?

As I was writing a story, I started to wonder how many people had imaginary friends as a kid, and how many of them still have them as they grow up.
What the internet mostly has to say about imaginary friends is ghost stories, as if they're all a sign someone is haunted and might die in a paranormal experience, but... It's not really like that. Not for me, at least. As long as I can remember, I'd talk to fictional characters as if they were my friends. And I dare say it's thanks to that I survived growing up. Have you ever done this? I'd like to find more people who view imaginary friends positively. No more weird looks or pauses when I tell them this.

Tl;dr: been reading since young, fertile imagination, befriending fictional characters. Who else did this?
