Most of my life I've brushed before breakfast. Lately I've been doing both before and after because of the internet :))) They say it's recommended to brush right after waking up, because your mouth develops bacteria over night and eating in the morning feeds that bacteria. My cat used to love anything from Sheba. We'd feed her like 2-3 pouches or pate trays a day and she would always have available a little bowl of kibble from the vet.
