tbh if you are immigrating to another country the least you can do is put the minimum effort to learn their culture. ofc you shouldn't have to go across your comfort zone (like for drinking and stuff), but something like eating with chopsticks is not hard to learn (and im not sure if they even care about that?). it's like when you go to a friend'......   reply

In my personal opinion, no it's not. Underwhemling and overhyped is the only way I can explain it. Subpar writing, unlikeable characters, weirdly tropey and I truly believe the only reason it's so popular is because of the smut (which I didn't even enjoy all that much).
