i dont recommend therapists if ur self aware ur gonna go straight to a psychiatrist and tell them whats wrong so they describe u appropriate meds therapy did nothing to me for 5 yrs but in one psychiatrist visit the lad clocked me with autism and sent me to the test + gave me antidepressants which helped   reply
