Idk if specifically bl/gl manga are being targeted, but definitely queer novels are. It's kinda hard to find good action/fantasy manhwa on this site cuz everyone is here for bl tons of lists for bl that get super specific with plots & tropes, but as soon as u want a list about a specific type of action manhwa there's NOTHING. I usually avoid anything below 8.5 because that's when I feel they start to be actually shit. Ratings on this site can be really misleading so I trust comments and reviews more.
