In terms of attitude, I find people who smile and laugh are more beautiful. As for the physical part, that's everybody's own preference, but people who take care of their appearance look better than those who don't. Not sure if it's gonna work on your skin, but I use spectrogel as facewash and for specific pimple treatment, I use Clindoxyl. Then I use a good hydrating cream. Since I'm female, I also started taking the birth control pill to get rid of my light acne. Sometimes it works. Hope you find something that works.   reply

I don't know if my advice would help you since I have the opposite problem, but I often tell myself I'm not interested in a guy when I meet him, but still letting him a chance if he asks for it.
