we all have something at the back of our minds that remind us of things we regret doing or not doinging.that held us back or we feel ashamed of.

I regret not taking the chance to ask out this girl I liked, I felt so happy and comfortable with them , I was trying to gather up my courage to ask her but I took too long she has a girl friend now.

it's hard to tell someone it won't last forever especially for someone who feels empty and alone. please what advice would you give them if you knew someone like this?
