yes, although i am still at a younger age, i have notices changes as well. i only get my period when i pull an all nighter so control when i get it and its honestly helpful. ive gotten out of many things bc of this and i lack shame so i have no issue simply telling a teacher I'm on my period and also have a big red splotch on my ass to get out of a test.
